FAQ
Common questions.
What is T-Index?
T-Index is a structured assessment platform for industrial plasma cutting machines. It converts hands-on machine experience into a scored report — giving both service engineers and machine owners a clear picture of how the machine is actually performing.
Who is it for?
T-Index is used by two groups. Service engineers assess machines during visits and track performance across their installed fleet. Machine owners and operators submit self-assessments to document their experience and share it with their service partner — no technical vocabulary needed.
What does the assessment cover?
Each assessment covers 41 criteria across 6 categories: hardware capability, attachments & options, consumables, maintenance, CAM & operations, and after-sales. Every criterion is scored and the results compile into a single T-Index score with a full category breakdown.
Can operators use it without technical knowledge?
Yes. Operators complete a guided self-assessment through a simplified interface. The platform translates their experience into a structured professional report — ready to share with the service team. No technical expertise required.
How does the 3-day free trial work?
You get full platform access for 3 days. A card is required to start. You will not be charged until the trial ends. Cancel any time before the trial ends and you will not be billed.
What happens after I subscribe?
Your account is activated immediately. Run assessments, build your machine database, and send self-assessment invites to your customers. Your administrator assigns roles to team members as needed.
